OFFICIAL INTERNATIONAL STATEMENT
(United Nations Standard | International Law | Aram & Global Peace)
TITLE:
FORMAL, MORAL–LEGAL AND DIPLOMATIC REJECTION
OF ANY UNITED NATIONS–ALTERNATIVE “BOARD OF PEACE” OR PARALLEL PEACE MECHANISM
PREAMBLE
Guided by Aram (righteousness), Ahimsa (non-violence), and the binding
principles of international law, we hereby place on official public
record this comprehensive moral, legal, and diplomatic position.
We affirm that the maintenance of international peace and security
is not a privilege of power, but a collective responsibility of the
community of nations, exercised exclusively through the United Nations.
Any attempt to create, promote, legitimize, or normalize a so-called
“Board of Peace” or parallel peace mechanism positioned as an
alternative to the United Nations constitutes a direct threat to
international law, multilateralism, and global peace.
This statement is non-hostile, non-accusatory, and non-confrontational,
and is issued solely to preserve the integrity of international law,
the United Nations system, and global peace.
FOUNDATIONAL PRINCIPLE
Peace cannot be privatized.
Peace cannot be monopolized.
Peace cannot be militarized.
Peace must remain collective, lawful, moral, and universally governed
through the United Nations system.
FUNDAMENTAL OBJECTION
Any initiative by a single State or power bloc to construct a parallel
global peace architecture outside the United Nations framework:
• Erodes multilateralism,
• Undermines the authority of international law,
• Centralizes power instead of sharing responsibility,
• Weakens collective security mechanisms,
• And risks destabilizing global peace rather than safeguarding it.
Such initiatives possess no international legitimacy.
MORAL AND INSTITUTIONAL CONTRADICTION
A State that simultaneously:
• Expands military budgets and weapons production,
• Profits from global arms trade,
• Normalizes military intervention as a policy instrument,
• And relies on coercive power structures,
cannot credibly claim moral authority to define, administer, or oversee
global peace mechanisms.
Peace cannot be proclaimed with one hand while instruments of war are
multiplied with the other.
Renaming institutions or narratives does not erase historical,
institutional, or moral responsibility.
INTERNATIONAL LAW FOUNDATION
1) UN Charter – Article 1(1)
The maintenance of international peace and security is a collective
obligation exercised through the United Nations.
2) UN Charter – Article 2(1)
The sovereign equality of all States prohibits hierarchical dominance
by any single power.
3) UN Charter – Article 2(4)
The threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or
political independence of any State is prohibited.
4) UN Charter – Article 24
The United Nations Security Council bears the primary responsibility
for the maintenance of international peace and security.
5) UN Charter – Article 103
Obligations under the Charter of the United Nations prevail over any
other international agreement or arrangement.
6) UN General Assembly Resolution 2625 (XXV)
Friendly relations among States must be based on equality,
non-intervention, and freedom from coercion.
Any peace mechanism operating outside this legal framework lacks
legality, legitimacy, and moral standing.
POSITION ON THE UNITED NATIONS
The United Nations remains the sole universally recognized multilateral
institution entrusted with global peace and security.
The international community must:
• Strengthen the United Nations,
• Reform it through lawful and consensual processes where necessary,
• Uphold its moral and legal foundations,
• And reject all power-centric or unilateral alternatives.
A rules-based international order cannot survive selective obedience
to international law.
DIPLOMATIC CALL TO STATES PROMOTING
PARALLEL PEACE STRUCTURES
We respectfully but firmly call upon any State pursuing such initiatives
to:
• Permanently abandon efforts to establish UN-alternative peace bodies,
• Respect the primacy and universality of the United Nations,
• Recommit to multilateralism rooted in international law,
• And contribute to peace without hegemony, coercion, or domination.
Global leadership demands moral restraint, not unilateral control.
CALL TO INDIA AND THE COMMUNITY OF NATIONS
We affirm that:
• India must not endorse or legitimize any peace structure born from
dominance rather than righteousness.
• All nations must collectively reject peace mechanisms arising from
power politics instead of moral legitimacy.
• True peace must be Aram-based, inclusive, lawful, and firmly anchored
within the United Nations system.
FINAL DECLARATION
Peace without morality is illusion.
Power without Aram is destruction.
Any initiative that undermines the United Nations undermines global
peace itself.
This position is placed on public and historical record for present
and future generations.
Such attempts must cease without delay.
