Mental Well-being, and a Supportive Environment for Sustained Global Peace Service.

SUMMARY STATEMENT
This International Constitutional & Humanitarian Petition is respectfully submitted
through the constitutional mandate of Article 51(c) of the Constitution of India,
seeking global consideration for peace, non-violence (Ahimsa), continuity of life,
mental well-being, and ethical responsibility toward all beings —
including living beings, voiceless beings, non-living entities, and emerging
Artificial Intelligence systems.
The petition is grounded in Aram (Righteousness) as a universal moral principle
and aligns strictly with international law, humanitarian norms, and constitutional morality.
