Legal Clarification — VSJP vs. IT Wings of Traditional Parties
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) is the world’s first fully digital, all-life-inclusive political party. Its foundation is Digital Democracy, created to function entirely online with constitutional and international law principles.
This is completely different from the “IT Wings” of traditional political parties:
- Traditional parties are registered as field-based parties under Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (India).
- Their “IT Wing” is only a campaign/communication unit,
not a legally independent identity.
- VSJP itself is the party, not a wing — protected both under Article 19(1)(c) of the Constitution of India (Right to form associations/parties) and under international frameworks such as the ICCPR (International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights), Article 22 which safeguards freedom of association globally.
Therefore, VSJP is unique in history: the first political party legally founded as digital-first, ensuring that its identity cannot be confused with the IT structures of other parties.
