Official Clarification on VSJP Party Registration and Constitutional & International Political Recognition
Key Submissions:
1. VSJP is the world’s first fully digital and international political party founded in India, functioning through digital participation and cross-border moral justice.
2. The party is rooted in Aram (Righteousness), non-violence, equality, and respect for all living and non-living beings.
3. The traditional 100-member physical signatory rule is not applicable to VSJP since it is not a territory-based field party but a global digital platform.
Legal and Constitutional Basis:
- Article 19(1)(a) & (c), Constitution of India – right to form associations & political expressions.
- Article 51A(g), Constitution of India – duty to protect nature & all life.
- Article 20, UDHR and Article 22, ICCPR – international right to peaceful, non-violent political movements.
Clarification Regarding Media & Fees:
- Traditional requirements of physical newspaper publication and ₹10,000 fee are not equitably applicable to a boundaryless digital political revolution like VSJP.
- VSJP functions transparently through digital platforms, verified accounts, and its official website (https://www.vsjp.org).
Requests Submitted:
- Constitutional protection for digital political platforms in India.
- A new registration category for international, non-electoral digital parties.
- Removal of outdated field-based restrictions on global participatory political movements.
Appeal from a Child of Bharat:
