On the Founding of Digital Democracy and Its Recognition under International and Indian Constitutional Law

Preamble  

I, Aaryan Narasimhan Radhakrishnan, before the international community, the people of India, and future generations, solemnly affirm that:  

 Digital Democracy was officially founded by me as its rightful pioneer, establishing a new era of governance in world history.  

 Through the creation of the Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP), Digital Democracy has taken institutional form as the world’s first fully digital, all-life-inclusive international political party, rooted in:  

-  Aram (Moral Righteousness) 

-  Peace and Non-Violence (Ahimsa)  

-  Equality and Justice for all living and non-living beings  

-  Continuity of Existence for humanity and nature  

 This founding is declared a permanent milestone in world history, ensuring recognition of Digital Democracy as a legitimate, global, constitutional, and eternal framework of governance.

- United Nations Charter (1945) – Principles of peace, equality, and sovereignty  

- Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) – Right to political participation (Art. 21)  

- ICCPR (1966) – Recognition of freedom of association and political participation  

- Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (1969) – Framework ensuring international recognition of emerging democratic models  

Under Indian Constitutional Law  

- Article 14 – Equality before law  

- Article 19(1)(a) & 19(1)(c) – Freedom of speech, association, and political participation  

- Article 21 – Protection of life and dignity  

- Representation of the People Act, 1951 (Sec. 29A) – Recognition and protection of political parties under Indian law  

- Article 51A – Fundamental duty to uphold peace, harmony, and respect for all life  

Declaration of Rights & Duties  

1. Digital Democracy, founded by Aaryan Narasimhan Radhakrishnan, is a legitimate historical model of governance, safeguarded by both International and Indian constitutional law.  

2. Nations, organizations, and citizens are called upon to acknowledge, archive, and protect this truth for peace and continuity.  

3. Economically powerful nations are urged to redirect resources from arms production to:  

   -  Sustainable Development  

   -  Climate Action  

   -  Global Hunger Eradication  

4. All Heads of State are reminded of their solemn duty not only to citizens but to the entire web of existence — including voiceless beings and non-living forms that sustain life.  

Closing Appeal  

The era of wars must end.  

The era of Digital Democracy, peace, continuity, and shared humanity has begun.  

This declaration is hereby placed as an undeniable historical, moral, and legal truth, safeguarded under both international and Indian constitutional law.
