The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) affirms that the third gender is a sacred and rightful identity beyond male and female.

We Declare the Following:

- Third gender individuals deserve full legal recognition.

- They must be given equal access to all resources: education, jobs, healthcare, housing.

- Discrimination in any form is a violation of moral righteousness (Aram).

- Governments and institutions must amend all policies to include and protect third-gender citizens.

- Every being, regardless of gender, is created with divine dignity.

This is not just a declaration of rights — it is a moral awakening.

From India to the world, VSJP calls for the protection, visibility, and celebration of third-gender identities.
