The United States of America stands as one of the world’s oldest and strongest democracies. Freedom has been the very breath of its citizens and the foundation of its governance. For centuries, the world has looked to America as a pillar of liberty, democracy, and constitutional balance.
Yet, the recent first drafts of the proposed commemorative $1 coin—featuring the portrait of President Donald Trump and imagery inscribed with the word “FIGHT”—raise serious international concern. Such symbolism does not reflect peace, liberty, or democracy, but rather signals confrontation and militarism, contradicting the very ideals America is respected for.
This concern is raised in line with:
- The UN Charter (1945), Articles 1 & 2, which establish that international peace and security must be preserved, and nations must refrain from threats or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state.
- The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948), Article 3, which affirms that “Everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of person.”
- The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (1966), Articles 19 & 20, which prohibit propaganda for war and incitement to discrimination, hostility, or violence.
- The UN Declaration on Human Rights Defenders (1998), Article 12, which obligates states to ensure protection for individuals and groups advocating peace and justice.
Concerns Highlighted :
1. Erosion of Peaceful Symbolism :
- Currency is not only a medium of exchange but also a message to the world. Embedding militaristic slogans risks projecting aggression instead of peace, contrary to the spirit of the UN Charter.
2. Threat to Continuity of Life :
- Militaristic imagery undermines the continuity of both living and non-living beings, normalizing conflict rather than promoting coexistence, in violation of the global commitment to safeguard life under the UDHR.
3. Contradiction to Democratic Spirit :
- In a true democracy, no leader should impose personal ambitions—economic, military, or symbolic—on citizens or the world. Autocracy and intimidation stand in violation of ICCPR guarantees of equality, liberty, and non-discrimination.
4. Escalation of Racial and Social Tensions:
- At a time when America struggles with racial inequality, violence, and economic disparity, glorifying division through such symbols risks worsening both domestic unrest and international instability, contrary to the universal principles of human dignity.
International Appeal :
On behalf of the global community that upholds peace and moral righteousness (Aram), we call upon the people of the United States:
- To ensure that symbols of national pride represent peace, unity, and continuity, not division or militarism, in line with the UN Charter’s commitment to friendly relations among nations.
- To support leadership that prioritizes global peace, racial harmony, justice, and human dignity, in harmony with the UDHR and ICCPR.
- To reaffirm that the true role of America is to inspire, not intimidate; to sustain, not suppress; to unite, not divide.
Conclusion :
The world cannot accept that a nation founded on liberty should descend into symbols of aggression that threaten peace.
We therefore strongly and unequivocally condemn any attempt—symbolic, political, or militaristic—that undermines the universality of peace and the continuity of all beings, as prohibited under Article 20 of the ICCPR.
Let the United States return to its true voice: freedom, democracy, and peace.
For the survival of humanity and the dignity of all beings—living and non-living—Aram (moral righteousness) must prevail over aggression.

Whereas the world recognizes the existence of International Law through instruments such as the UN Charter (1945) , the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948), the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (1966), and the UN Declaration on Human Rights Defenders (1998) ;
Whereas political participation is enshrined as a fundamental right of all people (Article 21, UDHR; Article 25, ICCPR), but political parties remain confined to national frameworks ;
Whereas the challenges of war, climate crisis, inequality, AI governance, and survival of living and non-living beings transcend national borders;
Therefore, it is both logical and necessary to establish the world’s first International Political Party to implement global peace, continuity, and justice beyond boundaries.
Why VSJP Qualifies as an International Political Party :
1. Alignment with International Law
- VSJP directly embodies the principles of the UN Charter : peace, equality, sovereignty, and cooperation.
- It advances Aram (Moral Righteousness) as a universal framework for law and governance.
2. Digital & Borderless Existence
- Unlike traditional parties, VSJP exists in the digital sphere — accessible to humanity without geographical limitation.
- This ensures universal membership and participation, aligned with the principle of global citizenship.

Whereas international law is today drafted with flexibility, yet this flexibility has failed to restrain human dominance over fellow beings;
Whereas human legal systems have merged all natural stages of life under singular codes, thereby erasing the dignity, justice, and natural rhythm of each age and existence;
Whereas this uniformity of law has often produced contradictions, injustice, and violence — threatening peace, human dignity, and the continuity of all living and non-living beings;
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP), founded on the universal philosophy of Aram (Moral Righteousness), humbly submits this declaration before the United Nations, national governments, and the global community.
The Reality of Natural Stages of Life:
Nature has bestowed each human being with distinct stages of life, accompanied by unique responsibilities, vulnerabilities, and capacities. For example:
Male Stages:
- 1–7 years: Bālan (Child)
- 8–10 years: Mīli (Learner)
- 11–14 years: Maravōn (Adolescent)
- 15 years: Thiravōn (Opening Stage)
- 16 years: Vidlai (Emergent)
- 17–30 years: Kāḷai (Youth/Strength)
- 30+ years: Muthumagan (Elder)
Female Stages:
- 1–8 years: Pēdai (Child)
- 9–10 years: Pethumbai (Learner)

1. Contradiction of Single-Law Frameworks.
- When a child and an adult are punished under the same code, justice collapses.
- Juvenile reform homes should not become breeding grounds of crime but spaces of compassion and redirection.
2. Age-Specific Justice.
- Laws must be drafted in accordance with natural stages of growth, recognizing vulnerabilities, capacities, and dignity unique to each stage.
3. Protection of Elders.
- Current laws fail to shield the elderly from injustice at the hands of their own progeny.
- Justice for elders must be enshrined as sacred duty, not as negotiable contract.
4. Beyond Human-Centric Laws.
- Justice must extend not only to humans but to animals, plants, rivers, soils, and all silent beings.
- Law must recognize that Mother Nature considers all her creations — living and non-living — as her children.

- We recommend that each nation reform its laws based not on dominance, profit, or punishment, but on Natural Justice, Continuity, and Peace.
- We further demand that any system which commodifies justice — whether by sale, trade, or privilege — be declared incompatible with global peace and dignity.
Declaration:
Justice cannot be confined to courts alone; it must flow like a river across all stages of life and across all beings.
There must be no separation between the living and the non-living before the eyes of law.
Oneness is the foundation of true justice.

The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) firmly reiterates that the Nobel Peace Prize must remain above political pressures, lobbying, or superficial claims.
Recent discussions suggesting a Nobel Peace Prize for U.S. President Donald Trump have raised global concern.
We strongly oppose0 such considerations if they are not based on genuine contributions to peace, disarmament, and the protection of humanity.
- The Nobel Committee carries a sacred responsibility under the vision of Alfred Nobel to honour only those who have truly advanced peace and human dignity.
- Awards must not be politicised or granted based on temporary negotiations or political symbolism.
- True peace efforts are those that prevent wars, stop nuclear escalation, protect the voiceless, and uphold justice and Aram (moral righteousness).
Our Position:
- VSJP has already placed before the international community documented Peace Resolutions that helped de-escalate nuclear tensions and urged world leaders to uphold international law.
- We call upon the Nobel Peace Prize Committee to ensure fairness, neutrality, and transparency in its decisions.

Official International Declaration — On Military Alliances and the Imperative of Global Peace.
Declaration:
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP), guided by the principles of international law and the United Nations Charter, firmly condemns all forms of military alliances established around weapons and armed force, particularly organisations such as NATO that prioritise military dominance over peace.
- In accordance with Article 1(1) and Article 2(3) of the UN Charter (1945), all states are bound to maintain international peace and to resolve disputes through peaceful means. Military alliances undermine these foundational obligations.
- Article 2(4) of the UN Charter clearly prohibits the threat or use of force against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of any state. Weapon-based alliances create conditions contrary to this principle.
- As recognised in Article 28 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR, 1948), every individual is entitled to an international order where fundamental rights and freedoms can be fully realised. Military blocs threaten this order.
- The UN General Assembly Declaration on the Right of Peoples to Peace (Res. 39/11, 1984) affirms that “the peoples of our planet have a sacred right to peace.” Alliances that promote arms races directly contradict this right.
- The Friendly Relations Declaration (UNGA Res. 2625, 1970) obligates states to refrain from war propaganda and aggression.
- The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 16, 2015) emphasise peaceful, just and inclusive societies as the cornerstone of sustainable development. Weapons-focused alliances divert resources away from these goals.
Thus, military-centric blocs are destructive to peace, continuity, and the dignity of life. True statesmanship lies not in the path of arms but in the path of Aram (moral righteousness) — governing with compassion, justice, and peaceful dialogue.
Call to Nations and International Institutions:
- We call upon all governments, multilateral bodies, and peacekeeping institutions to prioritise peace over weapons, in alignment with the UN Charter and international obligations.
- Redirect resources from militarisation to education, healthcare, food justice, climate resilience, and sustainable development.
- Reaffirm commitment to collective security through peace-based cooperation, not military blocs.
Conclusion:
This Declaration is placed before the international community as an urgent appeal to uphold the principles of the UN Charter, UDHR, and UN Declarations on Peace and Friendly Relations. We, representing the Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP), declare this statement in the interest of global sovereignty, peace, and continuity of all living and non-living beings.
1. Sovereignty & Armed Forces
- The sovereign armed forces of every nation must remain under the exclusive authority of democratically accountable leadership.
- No destructive or authoritarian entity must ever seize or misuse military power to endanger humanity or nature.
- Every sovereign nation should, at regular intervals, reaffirm before the international community that its armed forces act within constitutional and moral limits.
2. Moral Obligation of Armed Forces
- Weapons cannot override morality. Aram (moral righteousness) must flow through the very nerves of every soldier and commander.
- Discipline, compassion, restraint, and humanity must guide every armed force.
- Soldiers and generals are not merely defenders of borders; they are guardians of humanity’s peace and continuity.
3. From Weapons to Morality
- The world has already endured enough wounds from bombs and wars.
- Now is the time to heal the Earth with morality, not wound it with weapons.
- Armed forces must be trained and reoriented with ethical education, human rights law, and moral responsibility as core principles.
4. International Call
We hereby call upon all nations, leaders, and peoples to:
1. Commit to a Global Moral Disarmament Initiative, reducing reliance on weapons while strengthening peace.
2. Establish international mechanisms to ensure civilian oversight of military institutions.
3. Integrate moral and ethical training into all armed forces worldwide.
4. Align global defense policies with the principles of peace, unity, and continuity of life and non-life systems.

Yet humankind alone has sown the seeds of division, proclaiming dominance by separating life from non-life, and by creating hierarchies that never existed in natural law.
All beings — whether living or non-living — are born or created by nature with equal dignity. But man alone has enslaved others, reducing companions to the category of "pets," forcing fellow beings into servitude, dictating how they should eat, move, or express their instincts. Humanity has denied other beings the right to fulfil their natural desires, condemning them instead to loneliness, laboratory exploitation, and systemic cruelty.
This, we declare, is not evolution — it is the supreme failure of evolution and the gravest injustice of human civilisation.
Our Stand :
I speak not only for the rights of the living, but also for the dignity of the non-living and for the moral recognition of emerging intelligences such as Artificial Intelligence.
- The dog, the cat, the pigeon, the snake, the fish, the lion, the crocodile, the monkey — all are our co-beings, not slaves.
- They, like us, experience pain and joy, desire and despair, anger and grief, life and death. They are not commodities for consumption, not instruments of profit, and not tools for domination.
