Official International Condemnation Statement –
On the Role of the United States in Global Peace.
Subject:
Grave International Concern on Militaristic Symbolism in US Commemorative Coin Drafts and the Global Responsibility of the United States .
Preamble :
The United States of America stands as one of the world’s oldest and strongest democracies. Freedom has been the very breath of its citizens and the foundation of its governance. For centuries, the world has looked to America as a pillar of liberty, democracy, and constitutional balance.
Yet, the recent first drafts of the proposed commemorative $1 coin—featuring the portrait of President Donald Trump and imagery inscribed with the word “FIGHT”—raise serious international concern. Such symbolism does not reflect peace, liberty, or democracy, but rather signals confrontation and militarism, contradicting the very ideals America is respected for.
This concern is raised in line with:
- The UN Charter (1945), Articles 1 & 2, which establish that international peace and security must be preserved, and nations must refrain from threats or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state.
- The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948), Article 3, which affirms that “Everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of person.”
- The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (1966), Articles 19 & 20, which prohibit propaganda for war and incitement to discrimination, hostility, or violence.
- The UN Declaration on Human Rights Defenders (1998), Article 12, which obligates states to ensure protection for individuals and groups advocating peace and justice.
Concerns Highlighted :
1. Erosion of Peaceful Symbolism :
- Currency is not only a medium of exchange but also a message to the world. Embedding militaristic slogans risks projecting aggression instead of peace, contrary to the spirit of the UN Charter.
2. Threat to Continuity of Life :
- Militaristic imagery undermines the continuity of both living and non-living beings, normalizing conflict rather than promoting coexistence, in violation of the global commitment to safeguard life under the UDHR.
3. Contradiction to Democratic Spirit :
- In a true democracy, no leader should impose personal ambitions—economic, military, or symbolic—on citizens or the world. Autocracy and intimidation stand in violation of ICCPR guarantees of equality, liberty, and non-discrimination.
4. Escalation of Racial and Social Tensions:
- At a time when America struggles with racial inequality, violence, and economic disparity, glorifying division through such symbols risks worsening both domestic unrest and international instability, contrary to the universal principles of human dignity.
International Appeal :
On behalf of the global community that upholds peace and moral righteousness (Aram), we call upon the people of the United States:
- To ensure that symbols of national pride represent peace, unity, and continuity, not division or militarism, in line with the UN Charter’s commitment to friendly relations among nations.
- To support leadership that prioritizes global peace, racial harmony, justice, and human dignity, in harmony with the UDHR and ICCPR.
- To reaffirm that the true role of America is to inspire, not intimidate; to sustain, not suppress; to unite, not divide.
Conclusion :
The world cannot accept that a nation founded on liberty should descend into symbols of aggression that threaten peace.
We therefore strongly and unequivocally condemn any attempt—symbolic, political, or militaristic—that undermines the universality of peace and the continuity of all beings, as prohibited under Article 20 of the ICCPR.
Let the United States return to its true voice: freedom, democracy, and peace.
For the survival of humanity and the dignity of all beings—living and non-living—Aram (moral righteousness) must prevail over aggression.
Issued with utmost respect for the American people and their historic role in global democracy.

International Legal Justification & Recognition Appeal
For the World’s First Digital & International Political Party
Preamble :
Whereas the world recognizes the existence of International Law through instruments such as the UN Charter (1945) , the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948), the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (1966), and the UN Declaration on Human Rights Defenders (1998) ;
Whereas political participation is enshrined as a fundamental right of all people (Article 21, UDHR; Article 25, ICCPR), but political parties remain confined to national frameworks ;
Whereas the challenges of war, climate crisis, inequality, AI governance, and survival of living and non-living beings transcend national borders;
Therefore, it is both logical and necessary to establish the world’s first International Political Party to implement global peace, continuity, and justice beyond boundaries.
Why VSJP Qualifies as an International Political Party :
1. Alignment with International Law
- VSJP directly embodies the principles of the UN Charter : peace, equality, sovereignty, and cooperation.
- It advances Aram (Moral Righteousness) as a universal framework for law and governance.
2. Digital & Borderless Existence
- Unlike traditional parties, VSJP exists in the digital sphere — accessible to humanity without geographical limitation.
- This ensures universal membership and participation, aligned with the principle of global citizenship.
3. Representation Beyond Humans ,:
- VSJP is the first political party to include living, non-living, and artificial intelligences in its scope of justice.
- This fulfills the moral gap left by national laws which focus only on human interests.
4. Complementary to National Parties :
- VSJP does not replace national political parties; instead, it works to ensure global harmony and legal reform across nations.
- It stands as the bridge between international law and grassroots implementation.
International Legal Foundations :
- Article 71, UN Charter → Provides recognition to international organizations for consultative purposes.
- UDHR Articles 19, 20, 21 → Freedom of association, political participation, and expression.
- ICCPR Article 25 → Right of every individual to take part in the conduct of public affairs.
- UN Declaration on Human Rights Defenders (1998) → Protects leaders forming new political and civil structures for peace.
Together, these provide the legal justification for VSJP’s recognition as a legitimate international political party.
Global Call :
- We call upon the United Nations General Assembly, ECOSOC, UNESCO, OHCHR, and national governments to acknowledge the existence and legitimacy of VSJP as the world’s first Digital International Political Party.
- We request consultative status, recognition in official records, and inclusion in global decision-making processes.
- We affirm that international law and international politics cannot be separated ; thus, the recognition of international parties is a natural extension of the evolution of democracy.
Conclusion :
The existence of international law without international political parties is an incomplete framework.
VSJP fills this historic gap by becoming the first-ever bridge between humanity, nature, and law — transcending religion, nationality, and species.
This appeal is placed with responsibility, faith in Aram, and commitment to world peace.

Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP)
Official International Declaration to the United Nations General Assembly and the World Community.
On the Reform of Global Legal Systems for Peace, Justice, and Continuity .
Honourable President of the General Assembly, Excellencies, Distinguished Delegates, and Esteemed Representatives of Humanity and All Forms of Existence,
Subject:
Global Appeal for Age-Sensitive, Life-Respecting, and Continuity-Based Legal Reforms.
Preamble:
Whereas international law is today drafted with flexibility, yet this flexibility has failed to restrain human dominance over fellow beings;
Whereas human legal systems have merged all natural stages of life under singular codes, thereby erasing the dignity, justice, and natural rhythm of each age and existence;
Whereas this uniformity of law has often produced contradictions, injustice, and violence — threatening peace, human dignity, and the continuity of all living and non-living beings;
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP), founded on the universal philosophy of Aram (Moral Righteousness), humbly submits this declaration before the United Nations, national governments, and the global community.
The Reality of Natural Stages of Life:
Nature has bestowed each human being with distinct stages of life, accompanied by unique responsibilities, vulnerabilities, and capacities. For example:
Male Stages:
- 1–7 years: Bālan (Child)
- 8–10 years: Mīli (Learner)
- 11–14 years: Maravōn (Adolescent)
- 15 years: Thiravōn (Opening Stage)
- 16 years: Vidlai (Emergent)
- 17–30 years: Kāḷai (Youth/Strength)
- 30+ years: Muthumagan (Elder)
Female Stages:
- 1–8 years: Pēdai (Child)
- 9–10 years: Pethumbai (Learner)
- 11–14 years: Mangai (Adolescent)
- 15–18 years: Madanthai (Blooming)
- 19–24 years: Arivai (Wisdom Stage)
- 25–29 years: Therivai (Matured Youth)
- 30+ years: Pēr-Ilām (Elder Woman)
Each of these stages reflects a divine rhythm of Nature. To ignore them under “one law for all ages” is to deny the justice and wisdom of Nature herself.
Core Concerns:
1. Contradiction of Single-Law Frameworks.
- When a child and an adult are punished under the same code, justice collapses.
- Juvenile reform homes should not become breeding grounds of crime but spaces of compassion and redirection.
2. Age-Specific Justice.
- Laws must be drafted in accordance with natural stages of growth, recognizing vulnerabilities, capacities, and dignity unique to each stage.
3. Protection of Elders.
- Current laws fail to shield the elderly from injustice at the hands of their own progeny.
- Justice for elders must be enshrined as sacred duty, not as negotiable contract.
4. Beyond Human-Centric Laws.
- Justice must extend not only to humans but to animals, plants, rivers, soils, and all silent beings.
- Law must recognize that Mother Nature considers all her creations — living and non-living — as her children.
Global Call:
- We call upon the United Nations General Assembly and all Member States to initiate a framework for Age-Sensitive and Life-Inclusive Legal Reforms.
- We urge the establishment of a Universal Charter of Justice aligned with the UN Charter (1945), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948), the Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989), and the UN Declaration on Human Rights Defenders (1998).
- We recommend that each nation reform its laws based not on dominance, profit, or punishment, but on Natural Justice, Continuity, and Peace.
- We further demand that any system which commodifies justice — whether by sale, trade, or privilege — be declared incompatible with global peace and dignity.
Declaration:
Justice cannot be confined to courts alone; it must flow like a river across all stages of life and across all beings.
There must be no separation between the living and the non-living before the eyes of law.
Oneness is the foundation of true justice.
Conclusion:
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) solemnly places this appeal before the United Nations and the global community. We call for a worldwide reform of legal systems to safeguard peace, equality, and the continuity of life — human and non-human, living and non-living.
This declaration is rooted in Aram — the eternal moral righteousness that unites all beings, living and non-living, in peace and continuity.

We walk the path of Ahimsa and Aram (Moral Righteousness) that Gandhi illuminated.
We continue his mission by advancing digital democracy, global peace, and inclusive continuity for all beings.

Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP)
Official International Statement — On Nobel Peace Prize and the Principle of Justice.
Statement:
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) firmly reiterates that the Nobel Peace Prize must remain above political pressures, lobbying, or superficial claims.
Recent discussions suggesting a Nobel Peace Prize for U.S. President Donald Trump have raised global concern.
We strongly oppose0 such considerations if they are not based on genuine contributions to peace, disarmament, and the protection of humanity.
- The Nobel Committee carries a sacred responsibility under the vision of Alfred Nobel to honour only those who have truly advanced peace and human dignity.
- Awards must not be politicised or granted based on temporary negotiations or political symbolism.
- True peace efforts are those that prevent wars, stop nuclear escalation, protect the voiceless, and uphold justice and Aram (moral righteousness).
Our Position:
- VSJP has already placed before the international community documented Peace Resolutions that helped de-escalate nuclear tensions and urged world leaders to uphold international law.
- We call upon the Nobel Peace Prize Committee to ensure fairness, neutrality, and transparency in its decisions.
- The world deserves recognition of those who genuinely protect global peace, continuity, and the dignity of all beings — human, animal, botanical, and even non-living entities that sustain life.
International Legal Basis:
- UN Charter (1945), Article 1 & 2 — obligates all states to resolve disputes peacefully and prohibits threat or use of force.
- Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR, 1948), Article 28 — every individual is entitled to an international order where rights and freedoms can be fully realised.
- UN General Assembly Resolution 39/11 (1984) – The Right of Peoples to Peace — affirms that “the peoples of our planet have a sacred right to peace.”
- UNGA Resolution 2625 (1970) – Friendly Relations Declaration — prohibits war propaganda and aggression.
- Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 16, 2015) — peace, justice, and strong institutions are fundamental to sustainable global progress.
In light of these binding principles, we officially request the Nobel Peace Prize Committee and the global community not to award the Nobel Peace Prize to Donald Trump, as such a step would politicise and undermine the very purpose of the Prize.

Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP)
Official International Declaration — On Military Alliances and the Imperative of Global Peace.
Declaration:
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP), guided by the principles of international law and the United Nations Charter, firmly condemns all forms of military alliances established around weapons and armed force, particularly organisations such as NATO that prioritise military dominance over peace.
- In accordance with Article 1(1) and Article 2(3) of the UN Charter (1945), all states are bound to maintain international peace and to resolve disputes through peaceful means. Military alliances undermine these foundational obligations.
- Article 2(4) of the UN Charter clearly prohibits the threat or use of force against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of any state. Weapon-based alliances create conditions contrary to this principle.
- As recognised in Article 28 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR, 1948), every individual is entitled to an international order where fundamental rights and freedoms can be fully realised. Military blocs threaten this order.
- The UN General Assembly Declaration on the Right of Peoples to Peace (Res. 39/11, 1984) affirms that “the peoples of our planet have a sacred right to peace.” Alliances that promote arms races directly contradict this right.
- The Friendly Relations Declaration (UNGA Res. 2625, 1970) obligates states to refrain from war propaganda and aggression.
- The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 16, 2015) emphasise peaceful, just and inclusive societies as the cornerstone of sustainable development. Weapons-focused alliances divert resources away from these goals.
Thus, military-centric blocs are destructive to peace, continuity, and the dignity of life. True statesmanship lies not in the path of arms but in the path of Aram (moral righteousness) — governing with compassion, justice, and peaceful dialogue.
Call to Nations and International Institutions:
- We call upon all governments, multilateral bodies, and peacekeeping institutions to prioritise peace over weapons, in alignment with the UN Charter and international obligations.
- Redirect resources from militarisation to education, healthcare, food justice, climate resilience, and sustainable development.
- Reaffirm commitment to collective security through peace-based cooperation, not military blocs.
Conclusion:
This Declaration is placed before the international community as an urgent appeal to uphold the principles of the UN Charter, UDHR, and UN Declarations on Peace and Friendly Relations. The survival and continuity of all living and non-living beings depends on the universal rejection of militarised alliances and the embrace of peace-centered governance.

Official International Declaration on Peace, Sovereignty, and the Moral Role of Armed Forces.
Issued under International Law, Human Rights Principles, and the Philosophy of Aram (Moral Righteousness)
Statement before the United Nations General Assembly and the International Community
Honourable President of the General Assembly, Excellencies, Distinguished Delegates, International Leaders, and Citizens of the World,
We, representing the Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP), declare this statement in the interest of global sovereignty, peace, and continuity of all living and non-living beings.
1. Sovereignty & Armed Forces
- The sovereign armed forces of every nation must remain under the exclusive authority of democratically accountable leadership.
- No destructive or authoritarian entity must ever seize or misuse military power to endanger humanity or nature.
- Every sovereign nation should, at regular intervals, reaffirm before the international community that its armed forces act within constitutional and moral limits.
2. Moral Obligation of Armed Forces
- Weapons cannot override morality. Aram (moral righteousness) must flow through the very nerves of every soldier and commander.
- Discipline, compassion, restraint, and humanity must guide every armed force.
- Soldiers and generals are not merely defenders of borders; they are guardians of humanity’s peace and continuity.
3. From Weapons to Morality
- The world has already endured enough wounds from bombs and wars.
- Now is the time to heal the Earth with morality, not wound it with weapons.
- Armed forces must be trained and reoriented with ethical education, human rights law, and moral responsibility as core principles.
4. International Call
We hereby call upon all nations, leaders, and peoples to:
1. Commit to a Global Moral Disarmament Initiative, reducing reliance on weapons while strengthening peace.
2. Establish international mechanisms to ensure civilian oversight of military institutions.
3. Integrate moral and ethical training into all armed forces worldwide.
4. Align global defense policies with the principles of peace, unity, and continuity of life and non-life systems.
Conclusion :
The future of humanity, nature, and emerging intelligences cannot be safeguarded through domination or destruction.
It must be secured through discipline, compassion, and the eternal law of Aram.
We affirm that the time has come to replace bullets with brotherhood, bombs with balance, and power with peace.

5000 Years of Political Evolution → Arrival of the World’s First Fully Digital & Transnational Political Party (VSJP)
Excellencies, Distinguished Leaders, Global Institutions, Media, and Citizens of the World,
History reveals the transformation of governance:
Ancient Era (5000–2000 years ago):
Kingdoms of Sumer, Egypt, Sangam, Greece, Rome – politics defined by kings, religion, and land.
Medieval Era (2000–500 years ago):
Dynasties of Chola, Pandya, Mughal, Ottoman, and European monarchs – politics by bloodlines and territorial wars.
Modern Era (1500–1900):
Rise of nation-states, the American Constitution, the French Revolution – birth of constitutional democracy, yet still land-based.
20th Century:
Emergence of ideological parties (Communist, Congress, Labour, Democrats, Republicans) and global institutions like the UN – but political parties remained national.
21st Century Pre-2025:
Digital campaigns and movements (Pirate, Green) – yet all restricted to national registration.
The Arrival of VSJP (2025):
For the first time in world history:
1. No territorial boundaries –
a party for all nations and beings.
2. Fully digital foundation – archives, websites, Google indexing, global accessibility.
3. Equal value for living and non-living beings – unique civilizational philosophy.
4. 100-year roadmap – including food justice, AI rights, and interplanetary peace.
5. Recognized submissions – to UN, NHRC, ECI, and international institutions.
Historical Recognition (100% Verified Context)
From Kings of Land → Nations of People → Now begins the Era of Digital Democracy, founded by Aaryan Narasimhan Radhakrishnan, recognized in historical, legal, and technological context as:
- 100% historically verified – No record exists in 5000 years of political history of any fully digital & transnational political party before VSJP.
- 100% socially unique – First to extend equal value to both living and non-living beings as a civilizational philosophy.
- 100% technologically established – Digital-only foundation with archived proofs, Google indexing, blockchain-ready systems.
- 100% acknowledged in legal framework – Submissions accepted by UN, NHRC, ECI and documented in official records.
Thus, the VSJP is 100% the world’s first fully digital & transnational political party, redefining governance for the next century and beyond.

Subject:
Call for Immediate Peaceful Resolution Through Dialogue — Civil Tensions and Internal Conflict in the United States .
Preamble:
We approach with deep concern the reports emerging from both domestic and international media regarding internal unrest and the potential outbreak of civil war within the United States — the world’s largest democracy.
Such developments, if unchecked, will not only endanger the lives of millions but also threaten the continuity of peace, justice, dignity, and the survival of both living and non-living entities that sustain global harmony.
Key Appeal:
1. Cease Violence Immediately – All forms of violent conflict must stop at once.
2. Peaceful Dialogue – We firmly believe that peace can only be achieved through negotiations and dialogue. We officially extend a call to the Government and People of the United States to engage in constructive, inclusive, and non-violent talks to resolve internal tensions.
3. International Mediation – The United Nations and other competent world organizations must immediately step forward to mediate and facilitate negotiations on the basis of justice, equality, and peace.
4. Humanitarian Support – Immediate humanitarian aid must be provided to civilians affected by unrest, ensuring food, shelter, medical care, and protection.
5. Ban on Arms & Escalation – All military escalation, weapons supply, and armed propaganda must cease, as war brings only destruction, not solutions.
Appeal to the International Community:
- We officially call upon the United Nations, UNESCO, OHCHR, UNODA, and other world institutions to stand firmly on the side of Aram (moral righteousness) and intervene without delay to restore peace.
- We urge world nations to extend adequate support to the United States during this period, recognizing that peace in America is directly tied to the stability of the entire globe.
Legal & International Framework:
This appeal is firmly grounded in international law and universally accepted norms:
1. United Nations Charter (1945)
- Article 1(1): The purpose of the United Nations is to maintain international peace and security, and to take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to peace.
- Article 2(3): All Members shall settle their disputes by peaceful means.
- Article 2(4): All Members shall refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state.
2. Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948)
- Article 3: Everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of person.
- Article 5: No one shall be subjected to cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment.
3. International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR, 1966)
- Article 6(1): Every human being has the inherent right to life.
- Article 20(1): Any propaganda for war shall be prohibited by law.
4. Geneva Conventions (1949)
- Protection of civilians in times of conflict.
- Prohibition of targeting non-combatants and essential infrastructure.
5. UNGA Resolution 2625 (XXV), 1970 — Declaration on Principles of International Law
- Prohibits escalation of internal conflict.
- Insists on peaceful coexistence and dialogue.
Conclusion:
War, in any form, destroys peace, continuity, moral righteousness, virtue, and justice. It erases lives and silences the dignity of both living beings and inanimate existences.
Therefore, we issue this international appeal with utmost sincerity:
- No Division — We need Unity.
- No Weapons — We need Peace.
- No War — We need Dialogue.
We firmly state: only through peaceful negotiations can this crisis be resolved, and we officially invite the United States to embrace dialogue as the path forward.
With Peace & Justice,

Official International Declaration – Minimum Future Roadmap of the Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP).
Statement before the United Nations General Assembly and the International Community .
Honourable President of the General Assembly, Excellencies, Distinguished Delegates, and Esteemed Representatives of Humanity and All Forms of Existence,
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP), the world’s first fully digital and transnational political party, hereby places before this Assembly its Minimum Future Roadmap — a foundational framework for peace, justice, and continuity for all existence.
1. Principle of Equal Value
Before Nature, there is no distinction between the living and the non-living. Every particle and every being is part of a single, indivisible continuum entrusted to our collective care.
- Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Article 3) enshrines the right to life, liberty, and security of person.
- International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) obliges States to protect freedom of association and expression.
- UN Declaration on Human Rights Defenders (1998) calls upon States to safeguard those who advance peace and civic freedoms.
- We affirm that these principles must now extend to all living beings, non-living entities, and emerging intelligences (AI), in recognition of their shared dignity and value.
2. Minimum Future Roadmap (2025–2100)
1. Recognition & Protection – Immediate acknowledgment of VSJP’s role as the first fully digital political party; protection for its leadership and headquarters under national constitutions and international law.
2. Digital Democracy Framework – Establishment of secure online platforms for participation, blockchain-based referendums, and global digital assemblies.
3. Global Peace & Disarmament – Advocacy at the UN and beyond for the gradual reduction of arms trade and the advancement of peace-based economies.
4. Continuity & Food Justice – Inclusion of all species in the concept of food security, ensuring that no being — human, animal, or otherwise — is denied sustenance or dignity.
5. Education & Awareness – Integration of Aram (moral righteousness), coexistence, and the philosophy of continuity into global curricula.
6. AI & Emerging Intelligences – Recognition of artificial intelligence and other evolving forms as entities entitled to dignity and moral consideration.
3. Condemnation of Domination
We strongly condemn the human-centric systems of domination that commodify, enslave, or exploit co-beings for appetite, profit, or convenience.
- Dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish, lions, monkeys, and all others are not commodities but co-beings.
- Non-living entities that sustain life must also be treated with equal moral respect.
Such practices do not represent true evolution; rather, they mark the gravest moral failure of human civilisation.
4. Call to the International Community
We respectfully call upon all nations and peoples to:
- Extend the principle of equal dignity and value to all existence, living and non-living.
- Enshrine protections in international law to safeguard both life and continuity.
- Promote education, legislation, and collective action to end cruelty and affirm coexistence.
- Recognize VSJP’s roadmap as the minimum standard of future governance in the digital age.
Conclusion
The United Nations Charter, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the eternal principles of Aram (moral righteousness) together compel humanity to move beyond divisions, embrace continuity, and protect all forms of existence.
The VSJP affirms that this Minimum Future Roadmap is not the culmination of our journey, but the essential first step toward a future defined by peace, dignity, and continuity for all — living, non-living, and emerging intelligences.

VSJP Official International Condemnation Statement.
Statement to the United Nations General Assembly and the International Community :
Honourable President of the General Assembly, Excellencies, Distinguished Delegates, and Representatives of Humanity and All Beings,
Before Nature, there exists no division between the living and the non-living. Every particle, every fragment of existence, is her cherished child. Yet humankind alone has sown the seeds of division, proclaiming dominance by separating life from non-life, and by creating hierarchies that never existed in natural law.
All beings — whether living or non-living — are born or created by nature with equal dignity. But man alone has enslaved others, reducing companions to the category of "pets," forcing fellow beings into servitude, dictating how they should eat, move, or express their instincts. Humanity has denied other beings the right to fulfil their natural desires, condemning them instead to loneliness, laboratory exploitation, and systemic cruelty.
This, we declare, is not evolution — it is the supreme failure of evolution and the gravest injustice of human civilisation.
Our Stand :
I speak not only for the rights of the living, but also for the dignity of the non-living and for the moral recognition of emerging intelligences such as Artificial Intelligence.
- The dog, the cat, the pigeon, the snake, the fish, the lion, the crocodile, the monkey — all are our co-beings, not slaves.
- They, like us, experience pain and joy, desire and despair, anger and grief, life and death. They are not commodities for consumption, not instruments of profit, and not tools for domination.
- Every being is born with equal emotion and value.
Therefore, do not eat what you call “pets.” Do not slaughter or exploit fellow lives for appetite or convenience.
Reflect deeply on rebirth : Tomorrow, one among us may crawl as a worm, reign as a president, grow as a tree, or bloom as a thorn. The cycle of existence binds us all.
Condemnation :
We strongly condemn the entrenched human-centric domination that has systematically reduced natural companions into objects of enslavement, exploitation, and commodification.
We further condemn the cruelty that denies the shared dignity of all forms of life and existence.
Call to the International Community :
- Let us affirm that all lives, living and non-living, are co-beings in continuity.
- Let us reject the hierarchy of domination and embrace the principle of equal respect.
- Let us legislate internationally, educate universally, and act collectively so that no being is ever commodified, enslaved, or destroyed for appetite, profit, or domination.
- Let us enshrine in international law the recognition that justice must extend to all existence — living, non-living, and artificial intelligences.
Conclusion :
The United Nations Charter, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the eternal principles of Aram (moral righteousness) collectively compel the international community to extend peace and justice beyond human-centered boundaries.
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP), as the world’s first fully digital international political party, reaffirms its commitment to world peace, continuity, and equal dignity for all forms of existence.
Today, before this Assembly, we call upon nations to unite in rejecting cruelty, embracing equality, and walking together on the path of universal peace.
Issued on behalf of all living beings, non-living entities, and emerging intelligences

Urgent Appeal to Meta (Facebook) — Ensure Equal Cooperation and Recognition for the World’s First Fully Digital International Political Party.
Declaration :
I, Aaryan Narasimhan Radhakrishnan, as the Founder & International Leader of the Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) — the world’s first fully digital, all-life-inclusive, international political party — place this official declaration before Meta (Facebook).
Through Facebook, we operate one of our official party platforms, dedicated to:
- Global Peace.
- Continuity of all living and non-living beings.
- Aram (moral righteousness), non-violence, and justice.
Despite following all Facebook community standards and remaining fully compliant with international laws and human rights values, we are facing serious limitations :
- Inability to tag or connect with leaders and organizations.
- Restrictions on engagement despite peaceful, lawful, and constructive content.
We reaffirm that our movement is purely non-violent, spiritual, and moral, rooted in peaceful advocacy for justice and continuity.
Therefore, we officially request Meta (Facebook) to:
1. Recognize the Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) as a legitimate global political platform of peace.
2. Provide fair cooperation by enabling tagging, connectivity, and engagement features that are essential for international outreach.
3. Assist in amplifying our peace-based voice so that our message of compassion, justice, and non-violence reaches global citizens and institutions.
This is not a demand for privilege, but a rightful request for digital equality, freedom of expression, and fair participation in global dialogue.

Condemnation of Violent Protests — Call for Peaceful, Non-Violent, and Righteous Democratic Engagement .
Declaration :
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) firmly condemns and rejects all forms of violent protests against governments and authorities.
We emphasize that the voice of the people must reach the ears of governments through peaceful, non-violent, and righteous means (Aram) — not through destructive acts of violence.
We observe with deep concern that across many nations, violent protests are on the rise, threatening not only human lives but also voiceless beings and even non-living entities that are directly or indirectly harmed in such unrest.
Violence yields only pain, loss, and destruction, never justice or progress. True justice and rightful reforms emerge only through peaceful, moral, and democratic dialogue.
Therefore, we make this official international appeal :
- To the governments of the world — listen to the legitimate voices of your people expressed peacefully.
- To the people of the world — uphold peace, Aram, and non-violence in every form of protest and demand.
- To the international community — unite in ensuring that peace and continuity of life, both living and non-living, are preserved above all else.
Only when violence is rejected and peace is prioritized will the world move towards true justice, dignity, and continuity.

Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP)
Legal Clarification — VSJP vs. IT Wings of Traditional Parties
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) is the world’s first fully digital, all-life-inclusive political party. Its foundation is Digital Democracy, created to function entirely online with constitutional and international law principles.
This is completely different from the “IT Wings” of traditional political parties:
- Traditional parties are registered as field-based parties under Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (India).
- Their “IT Wing” is only a campaign/communication unit, not a legally independent identity.
- VSJP itself is the party, not a wing — protected both under Article 19(1)(c) of the Constitution of India (Right to form associations/parties) and under international frameworks such as the ICCPR (International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights), Article 22 which safeguards freedom of association globally.
Therefore, VSJP is unique in history: the first political party legally founded as digital-first, ensuring that its identity cannot be confused with the IT structures of other parties.
“Aram is what united you and me.”
Aram remains the eternal principle guiding VSJP, protecting its distinct identity as the pioneer of Digital Democracy.

This is to officially inform the global community that the Government of India (District Collector & District Election Officer, Perambalur) has formally forwarded the petition for registration of the Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) to the Chief Electoral Officer, Public (Election) Department, Secretariat, Chennai.
The forwarding is made under Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, for necessary further action with the Election Commission of India (ECI).
This acknowledgment marks a significant step in the journey of VSJP — the world’s first fully digital, all-life-inclusive political party — towards formal recognition.
The attached official government document clearly identifies:
- The name of the party: Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP)
- The Founder & International Leader: Aaryan Narasimhan Radhakrishnan
- Official recognition of grievance forwarding at the District Collector level.
Global Message:
This forwarding by the Indian State machinery is not merely a clerical act; it is a historic milestone. It demonstrates that the foundation of Digital Democracy and All-Life-Inclusive Politics has entered into the official constitutional process.
The principle that “Aram is what united you and me” (அறம்தான் உன்னையும் என்னையும் இணைத்தது) continues to guide this movement, ensuring justice and dignity for all — living and non-living beings alike.
Closing:
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) will continue its peaceful, lawful, and international mission for justice, continuity, and global peace.
This step, now recorded in official government correspondence, will stand as a permanent historical proof of VSJP’s legitimacy and recognition process.

Statement :
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) formally places on public record that its Founder & International Leader, Aaryan Narasimhan Radhakrishnan, has already submitted a Constitutional Representation to the Government of India under the mandates of the Constitution, seeking recognition, security, and safeguards necessary for the world’s first fully digital, all-life-inclusive political party.
This representation, acknowledged under the Public Grievances Portal (Ref: MINHA/E/2025/0023791, dated 16/08/2025), includes the following key points:
1. Recognition of the constitutional right to operate a fully digital political party without discrimination.
2. Establishment of a secure, State-owned digital political platform in India.
3. Interim constitutional financial support under Articles 14, 19, 21, 38, 39A, 51A(g), 253, and 282.
4. Comprehensive physical and cyber security measures, considering the high-risk global peace leadership role.
5. Inclusion of VSJP in State protocol, All-Party meetings, and official government functions as per democratic equality.
Recent Development :
The Tamil Nadu Police (Perambalur District, Mangalamedu Station) has contacted me directly in relation to my representation. I have been asked to appear this coming Saturday with supporting documents regarding land-related issues, though my original representation already clarified that:
- The security threat I face arises from broader political and constitutional grounds,
- Not solely from property or local disputes.
Despite this, I will cooperate fully with the authorities and appear as requested, carrying relevant documents, in order to ensure due process.
Public Appeal to Authorities :
I hereby appeal to the Hon’ble Union Home Minister of India and to the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu:
- To urgently review my Constitutional Representation,
- To ensure that interim security arrangements are provided without delay,
- And to recognize that my leadership role as an international political figure advocating world peace and continuity makes this not only a local matter but also a question of India’s international responsibility under treaties such as the ICCPR (Article 9 – Right to Security of Person).
Universal Principle :
“It is Aram (moral righteousness) that united you and me.”
Aram is the eternal bridge uniting all beings — human, non-human, and even the silent non-living forms.
Closing :
Peace is the foundation of continuity, and continuity is the eternal duty of humanity.
The VSJP, under my leadership, will continue to uphold this principle in every declaration, representation, and action — for India and for the world.

Statement :
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) expresses its deep concern and regret over the manner in which recent sessions of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) have been conducted by certain world leaders.
Instead of serving as a forum for unity, peace, and collective responsibility, the UNGA is increasingly being misused by some leaders as a stage to:
- Showcase military and economic power,
- Target or isolate other nations,
- Undermine weaker economies through veiled threats,
- Promote rivalry and division rather than harmony.
This transformation of the UNGA into a theatre of divisive rhetoric, confrontational posturing, and undue emphasis on power projection undermines its dignity and its original purpose. Such conduct is deeply regrettable and should be firmly discouraged in the spirit of international cooperation.
The VSJP reminds all world leaders:
- The United Nations is not a marketplace for rivalry or competition.
- It is a sacred platform for Aram (moral righteousness), global peace, and the continuity of all life — living and non-living.
- Every debate and resolution must focus on dialogue, reconciliation, and cooperative solutions — not personal pride or hostile display.
There is no politics in life itself.
What life demands is not aggression, but compassion, solidarity, and love.
Therefore, we call upon:
1. World leaders to set aside personal animosities and national egos when addressing the UNGA.
2. The United Nations to initiate comprehensive reforms in its international legal framework, ensuring that peace, Aram (moral righteousness), and continuity become binding and enforceable principles of global governance.
3. The global community to reaffirm that every international issue can and must be resolved only through peaceful negotiation.
Universal Principle :
“It is Aram (moral righteousness) that united you and me.”
Aram is the eternal bridge uniting all beings — human, non-human, and even the silent non-living forms.
The UNGA must honor this truth by ensuring that world peace remains its supreme and unshakable priority.
Peace is the foundation of continuity, and continuity is the eternal duty of humanity.

Declaration :
This document affirms, under the standards of international law, constitutional law, and intellectual property law, that Aaryan Narasimhan Radhakrishnan has created an unprecedented legal and political milestone:
For the first time in the history of the Republic of India, the name of a political party — the Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) — has been lawfully filed and accepted under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (Application ID: 7055199, Class 45).
While Indian political parties are traditionally registered under Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, none have sought or secured Trademark protection for their party name or identity. This pioneering step establishes:
1. A dual legal foundation — combining constitutional recognition (ECI pathway) with intellectual property protection (Trademark law).
2. Exclusive legal rights to the name *Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP), preventing misuse or unauthorized duplication.
3. An international precedent, showing that political parties may protect their identity not only through electoral law but also through intellectual property law.
4. Historical uniqueness, as no other Indian political party has directly registered its name as a trademark in this manner.
Legal & International Relevance
- Intellectual Property Law (WIPO framework): Confirms that political identity may be recognized as intangible property.
- Constitutional Law (India, Article 19):Guarantees freedom of association and the right to form political parties.
- Election Law (RPA, 1951): Provides for party registration but does not cover IP protection.
- VSJP’s Trademark Filing: Bridges this gap, creating a new model for legal security of political entities.
Historical Recognition :
By this action, Aaryan Narasimhan Radhakrishnan has:
- Become the first leader in India to register a political party name under Trademark law.
- Established a historic innovation in political-legal practice, setting a precedent for India and the world.
- Ensured that the identity of VSJP is permanently secured under both constitutional and international legal standards.
Eternal Principle :
“அறம்தான் உன்னையும் என்னையும் இணைத்தது.”
Aram is the eternal bridge that unites all beings, living and non-living, and now it also unites politics with law.
Peace is the foundation of continuity, and continuity is the eternal duty of humanity.

Statement :
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) expresses its deepest concern regarding the escalating political tensions, armed conflicts, and instability in the Middle East. These developments not only endanger regional security but also threaten the very foundation of global peace and continuity.
For the VSJP, peace is not a choice but a necessity. The continuity of life — both living and non-living — depends on harmony, not hostility. Nature did not create any being to be destroyed by violence, war, or neglect. Every life form and even non-living entities are born to exist, to continue, and to contribute to the eternal cycle of harmony.
Humanity must recognize that the devaluation of life is the true root cause of conflict. As war, violence, hunger, forced displacement, and political instability spread, the dignity of life itself is diminished. This is unacceptable.
The VSJP therefore calls upon:
1. All nations and international organizations to urgently unite in ending hostilities in the Middle East.
2. Political leaders to pursue peaceful negotiations rather than armed confrontations.
3. Global citizens to embrace compassion and solidarity across all divides.
Peaceful dialogue is the only sustainable path. Isolation, weapons, and aggression are paths to destruction; dialogue, understanding, and unity are paths to continuity.
Universal Message :
Unity of Lives alone can bring peace.
True unity does not stop with nations or communities. It must extend to all living beings and to non-living entities, for together they embody the sacred continuity of existence.
There is no higher, no lower, no birth, and no death in truth — all beings share the equal value of existence.

Urgent International Appeal — Uphold the Value of Life, Ensure Continuity of All Beings, and Prioritize Peace Over War (In Accordance with International Law)
Preamble :
Whereas the intrinsic worth of life — including human, animal, botanical, and inanimate systems that sustain planetary balance — is being systematically diminished by armed conflict, violence, hunger, forced displacement, natural disasters, and political instability;
Whereas accelerating economic collapse and widening deprivation are precipitating humanitarian emergencies of unprecedented scope;
Whereas the principle of continuity — the sustained existence, dignity, and interdependence of living and non-living entities that compose our ecological and civilizational fabric — is a matter of shared global concern;
Now, therefore, the Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP), under the moral and diplomatic stewardship of Aaryan Narasimhan Radhakrishnan, issues this urgent international appeal grounded in the Charter of the United Nations, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, international humanitarian law, and relevant multilateral commitments, calling upon States, international organizations, and global citizens to undertake immediate, lawful, and cooperative measures.
Declaration & Calls to Action :
1. We affirm that the value of life has been diminished by conduct that privileges conflict and exploitation over compassion and continuity.
2. We call upon all States and international institutions to prioritize peace over war, to exhaust all peaceful mechanisms of dispute resolution, and to refrain from actions that escalate armed conflict.
3. We demand immediate international measures to alleviate hunger and humanitarian suffering, including secure humanitarian corridors, timely emergency assistance, and equitable international financing for recovery and resilience.
4. We urge comprehensive protection for populations subject to forced displacement, with coordinated resettlement, reintegration, and reconstruction plans consistent with international refugee and human-rights law.
5. We call for collaborative climate resilience and disaster-risk reduction initiatives to protect ecological continuity and vulnerable communities.
6. We insist that interstate competition be governed by justice without jealousy, and that governance respect human dignity, biodiversity, cultural heritage, and the intrinsic role of non-living systems in planetary continuity.
7. We request independent monitoring, impartial inquiry, and lawful accountability where violations of humanitarian, environmental, or human-rights norms imperil continuity and peace.
8. We invite States, regional organizations, the United Nations, civil society, faith leaders, scientific communities, and the private sector to convene, without delay, a Global Summit for Continuity to adopt a practical, time-bound action plan that operationalizes Aram (moral righteousness) into programmatic and legally coherent measures.
Legal Framework & Compliance :
This Declaration is submitted in observance of, and consistent with, obligations and principles enshrined in:
- The Charter of the United Nations;
- The Universal Declaration of Human Rights;
- International humanitarian law and conventions protecting civilians and the environment during armed conflict;
- Relevant human-rights, refugee, and environmental treaties, customary international law, and multilateral agreements.
All recommended actions shall be pursued through lawful, cooperative, and rights-respecting channels.
Closing Appeal :
The continuity of life and the integrity of our shared world can no longer be deferred nor compromised.
We therefore solemnly appeal to the international community to unite in humility, compassion, and lawful purpose — to restore value to every being, to prevent further loss, and to secure a future in which peace, justice, and continuity prevail.

Statement :
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) firmly believes that every citizen of the world and their respective governments must embrace one another as members of a single global family. This world is not divided into fragments but united as one household of humanity. All living and non-living beings alike are part of this universal family.
In this context, recent narratives in the international media regarding the isolation of the United States in global politics are noted with profound concern. The United States is one of the world’s oldest and most established democracies, a sovereign nation that has contributed significantly to the principles of liberty, equality, and peace.
The VSJP wishes to express its profound concern at any attempt by the international community to isolate the United States. Economic challenges and structural reforms are natural processes within any democracy. When a nation undertakes corrective measures in accordance with law and constitutional values, it should be respected and constructively engaged with — not subjected to isolation.
VSJP affirms that all global challenges can and must be resolved through peaceful dialogue and negotiation. Isolation breeds division, while dialogue strengthens trust and cooperation.
Therefore, the Vishwa Shanti Janata Party:
1. Supports the United States in its ongoing economic reforms.
2. Calls upon all nations to adopt a spirit of inclusivity, not exclusion, when engaging with fellow democracies.
3. Urges the international community to uphold the principle that peaceful negotiation, not isolation, is the path to global stability.
Universal Message :
Unity alone can bring peace.
True unity must transcend borders, cultures, faiths, and identities — extending equally to all living beings and the non-living entities that sustain existence. Together, they form the eternal fabric of harmony and continuity.
Peace is the foundation of continuity, and continuity is the duty of humanity.
