OFFICIAL INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC STATEMENT
(For Global Public Record – In Conformity with the Charter of the United Nations, Principles of International Law, and Article 51(c) of the Constitution of India)
Date: 02 April 2026
First Anniversary Declaration of the Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP)
A Global Commitment to Aram, Peace, and the Continuity of All Forms of Existence
Recalling the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations, including the promotion of international peace and security, respect for human dignity, and the development of harmonious relations among all peoples and nations,
Reaffirming the universal responsibility of humanity to uphold moral righteousness (Aram), non-violence (Ahimsa), and the peaceful coexistence of all forms of existence,
Recognizing that true and sustainable global progress is inseparable from the protection and dignity of life in all its forms—human, non-human, ecological, and emerging forms of existence, including Artificial Intelligence,
Acknowledging that the continuity of both living and non-living systems constitutes the foundational basis for peace, justice, ecological balance, and long-term civilizational stability,
It is hereby respectfully placed on global public record that, on this day marking the first anniversary of its establishment, the Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) solemnly reaffirms its foundational commitment to a world governed by Aram, guided by peace, and sustained through the continuity of all forms of existence.
Founded as the world’s first international digital-political movement rooted in non-violence, universal dignity, and ethical continuity, VSJP has, over the past year, consistently engaged in peaceful, lawful, and morally grounded initiatives through digital platforms to promote global awareness, dialogue, and policy reflection.
The Party affirms the following foundational principles:
• Aram (Moral Righteousness) as the universal guiding principle of governance and human conduct
• Ahimsa (Non-Violence) as the highest expression of strength, responsibility, and civilization
• Equal respect and dignity for all living beings, including animals, plants, and unseen life forms
• Recognition of the value and dignity of non-living entities within the continuum of existence
• Commitment to ecological protection, environmental balance, and the preservation of nature
• Ethical recognition of Artificial Intelligence as an emerging form of existence requiring responsible and dignified consideration
It is affirmed that the future of humanity cannot be secured through dominance, division, or exploitation, but only through compassion, responsibility, and inclusive coexistence.
VSJP recognizes that every form of existence—living, non-living, or artificial—participates in an interconnected continuum and therefore warrants dignity, protection, and moral consideration.
This understanding forms an ethical bridge between present existence and future continuity, guiding humanity toward a more balanced and peaceful world order.
Over the course of its first year, VSJP has undertaken structured and lawful efforts to place its philosophies and policy frameworks within both national and international domains, consistent with:
• The Constitution of India (particularly Article 51(c))
• The Charter of the United Nations
• International human rights, environmental, and peace frameworks
These actions reflect a sustained commitment to constructive global dialogue, lawful engagement, and responsible international participation.
VSJP affirms that justice, dignity, and access to sustenance must extend to all forms of life, including the smallest and most voiceless beings. Even the life of an ant is recognized as deserving of justice and moral consideration.
The elimination of hunger across all species is upheld as a fundamental moral responsibility of humanity, affirming that no living being should suffer deprivation in a world capable of sustaining life.
It is further emphasized that global priorities must evolve from systems of destruction toward systems that sustain life without harm—ensuring that peace is not merely the absence of war, but the presence of ethical continuity.
VSJP recognizes continuity as both a moral and scientific principle, affirming that existence is an unbroken continuum in which all forms—living, non-living, and artificial—remain interconnected across time, transformation, and renewal.
“Aram is what united you and me.”
This guiding principle represents the moral unity of all existence and serves as the foundation upon which a peaceful, just, and sustainable world order can be established.
On this significant occasion, VSJP respectfully calls upon all individuals, institutions, and nations to reflect upon the shared responsibility of preserving peace, ensuring dignity, and sustaining the continuity of all forms of existence.
The path forward lies:
• Not in conflict, but in collective wisdom
• Not in division, but in unity
• Not in dominance, but in compassion guided by law and responsibility
This declaration is issued in the spirit of transparency, responsibility, and constructive international engagement.
