Recalling the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations, particularly Articles 1 and 2, which emphasize the maintenance of international peace and security, the promotion of human dignity, and cooperation among nations,
Reaffirming the universally recognized principle that access to adequate food forms an essential component of the right to life and human dignity, as reflected in international human rights instruments including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Article 25) and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (Article 11),
Recognizing that food is not merely a commodity of economic exchange but a fundamental natural necessity for the survival, dignity, and continuity of life on Earth,
Deeply concerned by emerging global patterns in which food systems, agricultural production, and supply chains appear increasingly vulnerable to manipulation, political pressure, and strategic control,
Alarmed by the growing risk that food resources may be used directly or indirectly as instruments of geopolitical leverage capable of exerting pressure upon populations, economies, and sovereign States,
Recognizing that the weaponization of food undermines international stability, deepens global inequality, and threatens the survival and dignity of vulnerable communities across the world,
Further acknowledging that the international community has already witnessed tensions and conflicts arising from access to natural resources, including water, and that continued disregard for ethical governance may generate severe global tensions surrounding food security in the future,
Emphasizing that sustainable peace cannot exist in a world where life-sustaining resources such as food are deliberately manipulated for political or strategic advantage.
Firmly rejects any deliberate creation, manipulation, or perpetuation of food scarcity for political, economic, or strategic purposes.
Affirms that food must never be treated as an instrument of coercion, domination, or geopolitical pressure.
Declares that access to adequate food constitutes a fundamental natural right essential to the survival and dignity of humanity.
Warns the international community that systemic inequality in food distribution, combined with deliberate manipulation of supply systems, risks triggering large-scale humanitarian crises and future conflicts.
Calls upon governments, international institutions, and global leaders to strengthen transparent, fair, and ethical food systems grounded in justice, sustainability, and international cooperation.
Emphasizes that the prevention of future food-related conflicts requires governance based on moral responsibility, impartial justice, and respect for the dignity of all human communities.
Affirms that the long-term stability of the international order depends upon governance systems rooted in ethical principles that promote peace, ecological balance, and the continuity of life.
Encourages the international community to recognize that peace, food security, environmental sustainability, and human dignity are inseparable and must be protected together through cooperative global action.
The stability of human civilization cannot be sustained in a world where hunger is manipulated or where food is transformed into an instrument of power.
True global security is not built through control over essential resources, but through justice, ethical governance, and respect for the shared dignity of humanity.
From the standpoint of Aram (moral righteousness), lasting peace emerges when governance is guided by compassion, fairness, and the recognition that the survival of humanity depends upon the responsible protection of the Earth’s life-sustaining resources.
The international community must therefore move toward systems of governance that ensure peace, safeguard food security, and protect the continuity of life for present and future generations.

OFFICIAL INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC STATEMENT
(For Public Record – In Conformity with International Law and the Charter of the United Nations)
Date: 26 May 2026
The Vishwa Shanti Janata Party (VSJP) respectfully reaffirms that the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir remains an integral and inseparable part of the Republic of India under the constitutional framework and sovereign territorial integrity of India.
Any attempt to encourage instability, geopolitical provocation, separatist narratives, cross-border hostility, or politically motivated interference concerning the territorial unity of India risks undermining regional peace, international stability, and the peaceful principles of the Charter of the United Nations.
The organization respectfully believes that sensitive geopolitical matters must never be exploited for short-term political narratives, strategic confrontation, or regional destabilization.
At the same time, all nations — including the People’s Republic of China and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan — are respectfully encouraged to act with restraint, diplomatic responsibility, and commitment to peaceful coexistence in accordance with:
• Article 2(3) of the Charter of the United Nations concerning peaceful settlement of disputes
• Article 2(4) concerning refraining from threat or use of force
• International law
• Sovereign equality of States
• and regional peace and stability principles
The organization additionally expresses concern that escalating military pressure, coercive rhetoric, territorial intimidation, or strategic hostility in the Indo-Pacific region — including tensions relating to Taiwan — may contribute to wider international instability and humanitarian insecurity.
All nations are respectfully encouraged to prioritize:
• Peaceful diplomatic engagement
• Regional stability
• Responsible international conduct
• Respect for sovereignty and international law
• Humanitarian restraint
• and long-term peaceful coexistence
Humanity cannot sustainably progress through continuous geopolitical hostility, intimidation, militarization, or escalation.
The future of civilization increasingly depends upon dialogue over confrontation, restraint over aggression, and peace over geopolitical destabilization.
This statement is issued strictly:
• In support of peace and international stability
• In full respect of international law
• Without hostility toward any nation or people
• Without incitement, hatred, or extremism
• and solely for peaceful public awareness and humanitarian reflection
Guiding Principle:
